A short video covering my dissatisfaction with the way DELL fraudulently ‘sells’ spares which you aren’t actually buying. They take the order and payment details and right at the end of the call before hanging up they tell you that you have to send your old part back to them… This isn’t about warranty repairs, this is about purchashing new parts. I don’t know how they get away with it…
